Antonia Adeniji
Antonia has deep roots in the local community, having lived and worked around Ladbroke Grove for most of her life. Her longstanding connection to the area brings a strong sense of trust, continuity and understanding to her practice.
Her interest in health began with a fascination for the human body and has evolved into a lifelong commitment to learning. She draws from both evidence-based medicine and more holistic, experience-led approaches, allowing her to adapt her treatments to the unique needs of each person she sees.
Patients often value her thoughtful, intuitive style and her ability to see the bigger picture when it comes to health.
Drawing on osteopathy, nutrition, movement and coaching, she creates tailored treatment plans that are both practical and sustainable.
Osteopath, Naturopath & Health Coach
Antonia combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with a deeper exploration of lifestyle, nutrition and health history. Using a functional nutrition approach, she looks beyond symptoms to identify underlying causes. Where appropriate, she can recommend functional testing, though often a detailed consultation provides valuable insights without unnecessary expense or supplementation.
Her aim is simple: to help you feel better, move more freely, and regain confidence in your body.
